About our wines
(Excessive drinking is dangerous for the health; alcoholic beverages should be consumed with moderation.)
What does the little story says...
Ariege wine is mentioned in 971, evoking then the existence of a vineyard towards Mirepoix. The wines were subsequently renowned for their quality and especially for the technique used to prune the vine, known as "Royat", still used today in the largest vineyards of the department.
You will find in our restaurant a selection of Ariege wines to combine the flavors: Domaine Lastronques, Merlot and Pinot noir, Syrrha, and a panel of red wines.
